- Maintain appropriate insurance coverages, evaluate needs and plans regularly
- Ensure record keeping meets all compliance requirements, maintain relationships with external auditors and investigate findings and recommendations
- Manage all financial and tax strategies
- Assist management with the creation of an overall strategic plan for the company
- Assist department heads to create and manage all capital expense requests and budgets
- Advise/strategize with senior management on financial analyses and
decision-making regarding capital investments, pricing, contract negotiation,
and benchmarks
Educational Requirements
- Minimum education required is a Bachelors’ degree in accounting, finance or Business Administration with an emphasis on Accounting or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) license preferred
