This role will Provide direction and strategic planning
of the Out of Home Channel (Foodservice, C-Stores & Alternative channels)
through financial insights, analysis and guidance in achieving overall
profitability.
This role will also Serve as a strategic business partner to internal customers and
stakeholders to ensure financial integrity of processes and performance.
Lead
reporting and analysis involving customer and product portfolios. Advise on
margin enhancement opportunities
Manage
monthly forecast process and develop annual budgets
Manage
month-end close process and interpretation of financial results.
Finance
lead for bid development. Evaluate financial risks & opportunities considering
Company strategic objectives.
Provide
strategic insights, analysis and recommendations relating to current &
future business performance & strategies.Drive
high performance culture by providing guidance, direction, and developmental
leadership to direct reports.
Partner
with IT to drive system enhancements and focus on continuous improvements that
will impact overall business processes.

REQUIREMENTS

5+
years finance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience supporting
Sales and Marketing preferred.
Knowledge
– Knowledge of financial processes, including modeling, internal controls,
analysis, reporting and budgeting. Must have deep understanding of P&L and
Balance Sheet accounts.
Skills
– Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Highly
proficient in Microsoft Office applications; advanced skills in Excel desired.
Systems/Applications
– end user experience in Hyperion Essbase, Tableau and Oracle/other ERP preferred.
Abilities
– Strong critical thinking abilities, a bias for action, and high degree of
accountability to drive business results required. Must possess effective communication and
interpersonal skills. Collaborative abilities in building business partnerships.
Ability to interpret data and translate them into business cases. Attention to
detail and accuracy, intellectual curiosity, multi-tasking abilities and manage
priorities effectively. Must be results-driven.
